Established in 2009 and based south of the city (Lonsdale facility) we are a family owned natural beauty skincare business, drawing from 4 generations of experience. The handcrafters and manufactures of our own range of natural and organic, skin health and beauty products which are sold to major retailers and independents across Australia. We are the owners of the Natralus and NatraPower brands being presented to B2B and B2C market segments.There are some exports currently and more opportunities to explore this year.

About the role

Please note: This role was previously advertised late last year, however due to current situation, we have a position for a new candidate to join us and take these initiatives forward.

We have an opportunity for an experienced Marketing & Brand Officer to join Natralus Australia. Reporting to the Managing Director and working collaboratively as a team leader, you will take a ‘hands on’ approach in this overall marketing and brand building role.

The Marketing & Brand Officer will work closely with the Senior Management Team and the external marketing consultant to ensure that strategic and tactical marketing initiatives are implemented and executed in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for brand management to promotion and overseeing digital marketing and commissioning outsourced work as necessary.

The Marketing & Brand Officer will coordinate and manage internal and external resources to achieve short term goals, a 3 year plan, and a marketing calendar. You will facilitate new product development, support sales through marketing initiatives, build engagement with our target audience and communicate our brand story & key messages. There is a real opportunity for long term career progression as we grow.

  • Proven track record for implementation of marketing strategies with a healthy ROI
  • Have strong online and digital capabilities in building leading/new brands
  • Willingness to be mentored and guided

Skills and experience

  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing with relevant experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite to at least intermediate level is important
  • Use of Adobe Creative Suite using Photoshop/Indesign is highly preferable
