about the role

Our client is an Albury-Wodonga based firm with a desire to be different. Their projects can be found in high profile sites locally and interstate with their quality and creativity setting them apart. Due to growth within their business they are seeking an experienced Production Manager who is keen to take on any project, no matter the challenge. Successful candidates can expect no two days to be the same, and their tasks could include:

  • Organising factory staff and installation crews to meet production deadlines and budgets
  • Liaising with Project Managers to schedule jobs effectively
  • Managing stock and inventory
  • Read and interpret detailed diagrams, job sheets and cutting lists
  • Selecting and preparing materials and components for construction
  • Ability to assist the team with manufacturing

skills and experience

To be considered for this role you will need:

  • Extensive background in cabinet making and CNC operations
  • Previous experiences in a leadership role - Production Manager, Foreman, etc
  • Strong focus on safety
  • Be highly organised and able to manage competing priorities
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Excellent attendance, reliability and attention to detail
