About the role

Duties include (but not limited to) the following:

  • Be able to work on Sundays,
  • Answering phones,
  • Serving customers,
  • Data entry,
  • Scheduling jobs,
  • Sales of flooring & carpet,
  • Following Up clients
  • Experience in sales/customer service.
  • Experience reading floor plans will be advantageous.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Highly organized.
  • Self-motivated.
  • Confidence to drive to customer's homes or on-site locations to perform measures.
  • Maintaining inventory and stock control

  • Perform regular stock takes

  • Performing administrative duties

  • General warehouse duties

  • Enforcing warehouse processes and procedures

  • Good computer literacy 

  • Ability to read and process numbers at a quick and accurate speed.

Skills and experience

  • Customer Service,
  • Minimum Of Two Years Experience In Flooring Industry(please do not apply if you do not have this item),
  • Using CRM 
  • Forklift license is preferred, but not a requirement
