Position Summary

  • 0.4 EFT – Temporary backfill position until 16/7/2021
  • Work with clients who present with complex rehabilitation needs
  • Work with clients who may present with a variety of mental health concerns
  • Situated at our Springvale Dandenong Community Rehabilitation with some travel to other sites

About the Role

You will provide comprehensive neuropsychological assessment and recommendations for clients, who present with a range of cognitive issues and rehabilitation needs. The neuropsychologist provides individual follow up for clients with adjustment, memory and mood issues and supports the team with secondary consultation as required to improve outcomes for clients of the service.

About You:

  • experienced Grade 2 Clinical Neuropsychologist with a background in medical/rehabilitation health service environments.
  • ready to take on complex cases, you can work autonomously and also like to collaborate with other clinicians.
  • have an interest in psychological approaches rehabilitation and a willingness to develop further knowledge and skills this area.
  • hold an endorsement in Clinical Neuropsychology or are working towards endorsement in this area.
