Financial Controller - CBD Fringe


This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Financial Controller to join the most innovative and dynamic new group to hit Sydney! The Role:

Monday - Friday, this role will see you be provided with the support that will catapult your career to new heights! Keeping this top-performing business in order, your specific duties will include but not limited to:

  • Day to day management of the accounting function 
  • Manage the payroll process for a tight knit team
  • Maintaining cash flow reports
  • BAS reports
  • Assisting with budgets and forecasts and reporting
  • Oversight of the monthly account reconciliation and close process 
  • Maintaining cash flow reports 
  • End of month using REST
  • Sales Trust 
  • Other ad hoc duties as requested 
 
 The Candidate:
  • Previous Financial Controller experience in Real Estate
  • Must be able to do trust accounts for property management and sales
  • The Ability to adhere to procedures and think outside the square
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills 
  • High level of attention to detail, data entry skills and time management skills 
  • Well-developed skills in Excel and Outlook
