Property Administration Manager - Retail

A permanent opportunity seeking an experienced Retail Administration Manager, with knowledge of Property and Tenant Management, Marketing and Leasing and Retail Management.

The key accountabilities will include but may not be limited to;

  • Assisting the Centre Manager by being involved with; Property and Tenant Management; Pre and Post-handover set up of new Centre's, Management of Risk, Contracts and Defects, Marketing and Leasing, Financial and Admin Management;
  • Act as the on-site owners representative;
  • Lead and drive relationships with all stakeholders, including retailers, residential, service providers, local community, council and local business owners;
  • Manage the broader onsite team of staff including service provider team members to ensure consistency of culture and drive to deliver an excellent service;
  • Manage all aspects of financial administration.


The successful candidate must possess;

  • Extensive experience in Property Administration within Retail;
  • Proven experience in working independently, whilst also being part of a close-knit team;
  • Strong written and spoken communication skills;
  • Exposure to Lease Administration;
  • Good team and relationship building skills;
  • A passion for retail!

Job Offer

On offer is a permanent, full-time opportunity offering a base salary of between $80,000 - $120,000 plus super, per annum.
