Sales Consultant - Over 50s Lifestyle Resort

Our latest village, The Vantage at Vasse, is located close to Busselton and the beautiful Margaret River Region. This Village provides a unique and tranquil environment in which to reside, featuring a beautiful community clubhouse that has commenced construction.

It's time to supercharge our sales efforts as we look to continue to develop the Village and achieve our growth targets… That’s why we need you!

There are plenty of completed display homes ready for you to sell giving you quick settlement times, or the option is there to sell homes off the plan.

What we are looking for:

As a Senior Sales Consultant, you will use your talent for driving sales and your passion for people by enabling our customers to achieve their Lifestyle dreams.   

Key to success in this role will be the following:

  • Absolute passion for the customer experience and a strong desire to help our clients achieve their dream lifestyle.
  • Talent and flair in driving key local marketing events that support the sales effort and engage new customers in our Village.
  • Commitment to achieving the growth targets of the Village.

    A warm and inviting manner, and the ability to develop a rapport with customers and particularly our target market.

  • Discipline in managing the customer data base (CRM) and connecting with the pipeline.
  • Excited about connecting to each element of the sales process including:
    • A deep understanding of client needs and preferences. 
    • Supporting our client’s family members to understand the Lifestyle benefits and ensure the client’s extended family can support their lifestyle transition.
  • Assisting customers in the practical steps of transitioning from their current home to one of our Lifestyle Villages.
  • Positive and enthusiastic attitude.
  • Previous sales or customer service experience in any industry, however real estate or retirement village experience will be looked upon favourably.

You will also need to show us:

  • A sense of urgency and drive for results
  • The ability to support multiple clients and manage several projects at the same time.
  • Motivation and be customer focused
  • That you love creating solutions to challenges and supporting the whole team’s success.
  • Good skills on Word, Excel, Outlook.
  • Professional presentation.
  • Work autonomously as well as a team player and be flexible with duties.

You’ll be part of a fantastic local team, who will be there to support you along with the Sales and Marketing team. 

This role is based around a five day week, you will need to be flexible with hours and availability to work weekends on a roster with some flexibility.

We provide an excellent product and Lifestyle for our customers, and we need outstanding people to drive our sales. You will be rewarded with a base salary plus commission.
