Accounts Payable Receivable #2779

Work close to Miranda Westfields so you can get the shopping done after working for a stable company in a flexible role.

Role Status: Casual with Potential to go Permanent

Work Days/Hours: 2 days per week - Monday & Thursday (Flexibility available for the right candidate)

Location: Miranda

Duties:

  • Accounts Payable - First and foremost 
  • Accounts Receivable
  • Reconciliation  - record of cheque numbers against payment received
  • Payroll
  • BAS/PAYG preparation
  • Workers Comp - preparation
  • Journals as required by accountant
  • End of FY preparation for Company Financials
  • Weekly invoices
  • Set up recurring invoices as required
  • Motor Vehicles - Fuel cards, registration, leasing, maintenance, tolls
  • Check supplier invoices against work orders
  • Audit supplier invoices 6 monthly
  • Create payment run for suppliers
  • Highly organised with document control
  • Maintain supplier/employee records
  • Maintain company CRM

Requirements: The ideal candidate must have Xero experience and demonstrated experience in a similar role

Temp Accounts Administration #2778

Duration: ~3months

Work Days/Hours: Approximately 20 hours per week, days to be discussed

Location: Caringbah

Duties:

  • Issuing invoices, accounts receivable;
  • Following up debtors for payment;
  • Seeking approval and entering supplier invoices in our system;
  • General Administrative and Accounts support.

Requirements: The ideal candidate would have accounts experience and would be able to hit the ground running with keen eyes and energy.

P/T Accounts Administration #2787

This permanent role is perfect for local bookkeepers who are looking for a stable, consistent and secure part-time role within a small business.

Role Status: Permanent

Work Days/Hours: 4 Days (Mon/Tue/Thur/Fri) | 8.30am-4.30pm

Location: Taren Point

Duties:

  • The position is responsible for the smooth and accurate management of accounts receivable and payables.  
  • Ensure the timely and accurate processing of client invoices.
  • Debtor Management and credit control
  • Provide exceptional customer service to our client’s and represent and promote the company’s mission and values.
  • Liaise and clearly communicate with all areas of the business.

Requirements: The ideal candidate must be proficient with MYOB and have experience administrative roles.
