Our client, based in Perth's CBD, is looking to add a polished and professional Receptionist to their team on a full-time permanent basis. This position is available for a potential immediate start and has fantastic career progression prospects. You will be working in a friendly and supportive team environment and play an integral part in the client's success.

The role:

  • Greeting clients and providing a welcoming professional first impression as the face of the company.
  • Answering calls and directing to the appropriate individual.
  • Responsible for incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Responding to email and telephone queries.
  • Drafting of correspondence.
  • Maintaining an inviting office space and meeting areas.
  • General administrative duties as required.
  • Personal assistant duties as required.

The ideal candidate:

  • Previous experience handling a reception area highly regarded.
  • Highly technically proficient i.e. highly skilled in Microsoft Office programs.
  • Professional phone manner and impeccable corporate presentation.
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced environment and managing time effectively.
  • Interested in a gradual increase of professional responsibilities as the company grows.

The successful candidate will receive a generous salary package depending on previous experience and the opportunity to join the team immediately. Shortlisting and interviews will commence immediately.
