- Managing a residential portfolio of 50-60 schemes (determined on experience)
- Attending AGM's - predominantly 4/5 pm starts
- Taking, preparing and distributing meeting minutes
- Liaising with the Council of Owners and property managers
- Document management of strata files
What's in it for you...?

- Cert IV in Strata Community Management or Cert IV in Property Services would be advantageous
