Health And Rehabilitation Coordinator

Are you an experienced Health & Rehabilitation Coordinator and are willing to join our wonderful team based at our Head Office in Victoria Park to work across the WA jurisdiction? Within the role you will be reporting to the Injury and Claims Manager, your role will ensure the proactive management of workplace injuries as well as early intervention, strategic management and education and guidance to key stakeholders.

You will work closely with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to establish and maintain a positive relationship and provide awareness of Monadelphous' values and processes.

So, what will you be doing?

  • Coordinate all aspects of injury management (income protection, fit for site and workers compensation) and work with insurers to manage ongoing claim liabilities
  • Identify and drive activities to ensure safe, durable and timely return to work during the claim duration
  • Conduct regular claims and Return to Work strategy reviews with Operational Managers/ Sites
  • Liaise with key stakeholders including medical practitioners, allied health professionals, legal providers and insurer agents

We are keen to hear from people who have:

  • A tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Therapy, Exercise Physiology or Psychology or extensive experience in claims / injury case management
  • Extensive experience in Injury Management, ideally multi-jurisdictional experience
  • Knowledge of relevant legislation and industry best practice standards
  • The ability to influence and lead positive change
  • Experience implementing claims and Return to Work functions with a large blue-collar workforce
