HR Advisor

Urgently seeking an experienced HR Advisor for a 3-6 month contract with a view of permanency

Client Details

Our client is a well known NFP business looking to hire an experienced HR Advisor on a contracting basis. For the right person this could turn in to a long-term or permanent opportunity.


Reporting to the People & Culture Manager and directly managing a HR Officer, roles and responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining progressive HR policies and systems to ensure the HR function runs efficiently and effectively

  • Investigations and case management

  • Ensure the Company’s staff policies and procedures are updated, maintained, communicated and upheld

  • Support with strategic HR projects and initiatives

  • Supporting the HR Manager with IR related activities

  • Organisational development, talent management and planning

  • Support the HR Manager with EBA negotiations

  • Other HR related activities


  • Experience in a similar HR Generalist role
  • Degree qualified in HR or similar
  • Immediately available or available on short notice
