Description

Due to rapid growth and expansion in their team the Digital Product Manager will play a pivotal role in their production to drive the web an online portfolio for the brand.

Working closely with the rest of the Product and Marketing team you will be responsible for the following;

  • Be the subject matter expert for the web online product offerings;
  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of product features in an agile environment while sticking to timelines and deliverables.
  • Pull out key data metrics, across website optimisation and performance, reporting back to the broader team and ideate performance and CX improvements (Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tag Manager, Power BI);
  • Roll out website optimisations based on customer insights, with a strong focus on attribution tracking;
  • Working closely with the UX and UI Design team, create wireframes to help improve the customer journey and user experience for both client retention and our range of lead generation assets;
  • Own the strategic Product vision and customer life cycle of the online product offering
  • As a multi-lingual organisation with offices around the globe, having the ability to speak another language like Mandarin would be highly advantageous;

Profile

To Be successful in this role you will ideally have skills in the following:

  • Previous experience in a Digital Product Management role with excellence applied knowledge in best practice across UX/UI, SEO, website optimisations & data personalisation.
  • Excellent understanding of working with developers and UX visual designers across a range of website projects in an Agile environment.
  • Knowledgeable across Google Analytics, data reporting, and attribution tracking, including Google Tag Manager Google Analytics, Hotjar, Tag Manager, Power BI etc
  • Strong Problem solving ability with a solutions mindset to tackle tough tasks and break it down into key components to achieve desired outcomes in a timely fashion.
  • Familiarity with UX design tools like Figma, Sketch and Adobe XD would be a plus.
  • Understanding and interest in financial trading, brokerage, fore trading technologies would also be good to have (but not necessary)
