Newly created role suited to a strong manager with HCM background (preferably in Workday & iChris) - vendor/stakeholder/resource management skills a must - business systems manager
This newly created opportunity will see you lead and manage a blended team of functional, application, integration and testing analysts providing strategic and tactical solutions, changes and enhancements across the HCM systems and processes.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, you must demonstrate expertise across the Human Capital Management (Workday) and payroll (iChris) systems and capable at driving high levels of capability and engagement and identifying opportunities for simplification and automation to delivers its return on investments in the selected technology.
Partnering with the People and Culture teams, in addition to Technology and the EPMO, you will deliver system and process related initiatives that align their long term Strategic Plan, including your focus on 2021 strategy and roadmaps, and managing business case approvals that align to this direction.
