About You

As the Senior Consultant Remediation Delivery, you will have the opportunity to lead and coordinate a multi-disciplined squad to plan and deliver on Remediation activities for Operational Risk Events using Agile ways of working. You will work closely with subject matter expertise across the value chain to ensure a business fix is in place to prevent ongoing impacts. You will ensure that customers are remediated fairly and accurately and in a timely manner through the customer remediation subject matter experts in the squad. Achieving both of these will inspire confidence in ELT, Board and customers that NAB is focused on getting it right for customers every time.

You will stand out as an enthusiastic team player with agile delivery experience who has a proven track-record of having attention to detail and quality and being able to identify and implement business improvement activities.

What you will be doing

  • Lead and coordinate a multi-disciplined squad within the Remediation team required to deliver both business and customer remediation solutions across NAB that are of medium to high complexity
  • Drive and perform deep dive analysis to identify root cause and prevent ongoing impacts of an issue through tactical remediation and develop a sustainable solution design
  • Work with the Domains to prioritise and accelerate a roadmap of business remediation activities aligned to NAB’s customer outcome framework and periodic assurance reviews
  • Ensure customers are remediated in a fair, efficient and safe way whilst adhering to NAB’s remediation framework and guidelines to ensure consistency of approach
  • Establish, manage and report on progress to ensure management awareness of activities, issues and outcomes and escalation of blockers
  • Contribute to engagement and learning within the broader Remediation ecosystem to uplift capability and maintain high standards of delivery
  • Engage and communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across the business

You will report to the HO Remediation Delivery, whom your activity will support.
