My client is Western Sydney’s premium go to boutique agency when it comes to buying, selling or investment management for residential property. With consistent growth plans and many awards to their name this group has taken the market by storm in a few short years. With multiple offices that have been fitted out to the highest standard, they need to add an experienced property manager to their expanding team.

What will you be doing in this role:

This exciting new role will see you working with the Team Leader as the second in charge of the property management team. The department all work together to manage the portfolio and your responsibilities will include:
  • Prepare for and attend tribunal
  • Mentor a trainee property manager
  • Outgoing inspections + bond claims
  • Arrears management
  • Insurance claims
The right candidate will have:
  • A current certificate of registration
  • A valid driver’s licence and reliable car
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Impeccable presentation
  • Knowledge of Property Me preferable
  • Flexibility to work 1 Saturday per month
