West Australian Institute of Further Studies ('WAIFS') is a Registered Training Organisation in the heart of Perth City Centre providing quality education to both local and international students.
WAIFS' courses in community are growing rapidly. WAIFS has a team based on passion for the industry and their success now needs to be added to with further highly motivated and competent people.
With increasing student numbers, we have 2 full time roles available.
This role is to teach and assess our students in the classroom and the workplace. The roles are 38 hours per week.
Experienced and highly motivated Trainers are required to teach and assess qualifications in Certificate III in individual support, Diploma of Community Services, and Advanced Diploma of Community Sector Management. Refer to www.waifs.wa.edu.au for further information
Candidates MUST have:
(i) A qualification at least to the level being delivered.
ii) hold TAE40110/TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment
(iii) hold TAEASS502 Design and develop assessment tools
(iv) hold TAELLN411 Address adult language, literacy and numeracy skills
(iii) Current and relevant industry experience. This is essential as the positions will meet our industry clients and be responsible for providing highly relevant training and assessment to students.
