Since inception we have built a brand and presence within the Australian Tech Recruitment market in a relatively short period of time. We have further growth plans across Australia and new service offerings that will change the way recruitment works!

Our client base includes candidates and hiring managers across the entire digital and technology landscape. We work with graduates to seasoned professionals and small businesses to global giants.

An opportunity has arisen to join our dynamic team, as we bring our marketing expertise to the next level.

We are looking for someone to plan, design and implement our Content Marketing Strategy for our website, our blogs, social media platforms and digital newsletter. Manage the written and visual content for the company’s social media sites. Analyse the outcomes of the programs in our Content Marketing Strategy, and present findings to management.

Provide marketing support to the sales team and identify opportunities for and design programs to communicate with target markets.

Ideally you will have:

  • Knowledge and /or experience in the technology or recruitment industry.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications or Public Relations
  • Proven success in writing content for social media and blogs
  • Experience in writing and updating website content
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills and the ability to multi-task
  • Energetic and motivated
  • A sound understanding of social media platforms
  • Attention to detail
  • A comprehensive understanding of analytics, insights, evaluation techniques, particularly relating to content marketing
  • Experience in cross channel marketing
  • Graphic design skills and / video creation skills (these are preferred but not essential)
  • A strong interest in technology and digital media.

The role will be based in our head office in Perth in a part time role, two days a week with scope to grow. We are flexible as to which two days.
