Our Approvals and Environment team are seeking a committed Heritage and Environment specialist to support the obligations and strategic development goals of the Perth Airport Master Plan.

What you'll do:

This is a broad span position focused on coordinating and managing our heritage and environmental values and delivering approvals within statutory obligations. Planning and coordination of the Partnership Agreement Group and Reconciliation Action Plan working team, extensive stakeholder coordination and management, ensuring compliance with relevant legislation and regulatory requirements, supporting the implementation of the environmental management system… we guarantee that no day will be the same.

About you:

You will hold tertiary level qualification in environmental science/anthropology or equivalent and have experience in a similar capacity within a complex stakeholder environment.

A very good working knowledge of federal and state heritage legislation and experience in obtaining heritage approvals is essential. A focus on engagement with Noongar People and understanding of environment and heritage compliance and management during periods of development and operation is preferred.
