Retail Store Manager


We are looking for an experienced Retail Manager for our store in Kalgoolie initially on a 6 months contract but the opportunity to extend and build a career.

About the role

  • Create & Execute short/long-term sales strategies which align with your area & company objectives.
  • Inspire, motivate your team through internal and external reward and recognition programs.
  • Train & develop the team in your store through various learning platforms, reviews and on-going development plan for succession planning.
You will report directly to your Regional Manager with support systems of the following
  • HR/Recruitment Officer
  • Training Officer
  • Marketing Officer
  • supportive team that will set you up for success
