Internal Sales

Our long-standing client is a national company providing parts & fittings into the construction, engineering and mining sectors. State of the art, new facilities are in Welshpool with parking provided.

An opportunity has become available for an Internal Phone Sales Person to take on a varied and busy role in a happy and productive team environment. An immediate start is available for the right person. This is a permanent, full-time role with a secure and well-established company with a well known national brand. This is a newly created, additional role due to increased business.

Details of the role:

· Phone Sales with some Counter Sales

· Preparing quotes

· Email Management

· Liaison with suppliers and clients and transport at times

· Need to develop excellent product knowledge

· Fast and accurate data entry

· Strong computing skills. Training on in-house software will be provided

· Phones, inquiries and customer service

· Other duties as required

· In-house software that you will be trained in plus the MS Office suite

· Salary will be between $50,000 – 60,000 plus super, depending on experience

· 38-hour week – Monday to Friday

· Work as part of a busy team

The successful applicant will be able to demonstrate:
