About You and the Role
The Team Leader provides support to their team of Support Workers and our clients in the provision of efficient and effective accommodation services. Barkuma aims to be a provider of choice for those with an intellectual disability.
Working 10 hours across 4 days on / 3 days off between 7am to 9pm (roster dependent) including weekends (generally one weekend per fortnight).

Barkuma does take the responsibility to protect vulnerable adults very seriously and all candidates recruited to work in those areas are required to sign off on and work within the code of conduct and ensure their security clearances are continually updated to ensure the ability to work with our clients.
