My client based near the Adelaide CBD requires a self-motivated and customer service focused Facilities Officer to join their busy and growing team. They are a well-known Not for Profit and you will require a current Driver's License and Disability Clearance prior to commencing the role.
The successful applicant will contribute to the effective and efficient operation and environment of their facilities by providing a high level of maintenance and communications with the relevant parties. You will have proven customer service experience, excellent time management skills and great quick to learn new systems.
Reporting to the Facilities Manager, your duties will include but are not limited to:
Contributing to the efficient operation of the Client's Facilities by providing direct facilities and maintenance support
Working with Trade Professionals and Real Estate Agents to ensure the efficient delivery of activities across the properties
Establishing and maintaining positive relationships with all clients and stakeholders through phone and email communication
Liasing professionally with the other departments to complete tasks at a timely manner
Ad hoc administration duties as required by management
Working experience in a Customer Service focused role
Current Drivers Licence
Current Disability Employment Services Clearance (or can apply for one if successful)
Demonstrated ability to manage service providers including cleaning, gardening, repair maintenance staff and contractors
Competent computer/IT skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Real Estate or construction experience an advantage but not compulsory
