The Game Master holds one of the most important roles in the Escape Room industry. They are responsible for how our customers feel about their experience with us.
You will meet anyone from internationally experienced pro’s to first time escape artists. It will be your job to deliver the ultimate immersive experience from start to finish.
You’ll strive to do this through your ridiculously quick wit, sense of fun, theatrics and above all else, your natural, engaging personality.
Valid Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate South Australia (or ability to obtain prior to commencement) if you are 18 years or older
Minimum 6 months working in a face to face customer service role or community role (preferred)
Escape room playing experience/interest (desirable)
Exceptional communication skills.
The ability to hold a customers focus and build on the atmosphere of the business environment.
Strong attention to detail
A quick learner with the ability to multi-task
Excellent time management skills
Excellent written skills

Available Wednesday - Sunday 11am -11pm. Mainly evening and weekend shifts with some week day work.
Mon - Tues as required from time to time including school holidays
