Are you a seasoned Change Analyst with experience delivering a complex technology transformation program in a dynamic and complex organisation?
We have an exciting opportunity for a Change Analyst to be part of our Enterprise Workforce Management (EWM) program to help us ensure the successful implementation of a system that will streamline and improve the way we manage our workforce.
This 12 month temporary position will be contributing to a multi-year program and has the potential to be extended.
What you will be involved in
We are looking for a confident and collaborative Change Analyst who has previously worked on a large technology integration / change program. You are an excellent communicator who takes pride in their strong ability to manage relationships and negotiate flexibly with varied groups and individuals.
You will have experience delivering detailed change and business impact assessments, assessing a range of change intervention options and monitoring the progress of change programs. Ability to extract and analyse data and provide sound recommendations and advice will be essential to your success.
A familiarity operating in a government environment would make you ideally suited to the role, as would experience exposure to complex transformational change programs (e.g. SAP, Workforce management).

Salary and benefits
The salary for this position is RC 6 ($127,559 - $141,442) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
