About the Role:

The role is based at our head office in Lilyfield. We are looking to recruit someone on a permanent, full-time basis but would be open to someone working 4 days per week.

The main responsibilities of the role will include:

  • Administrative Support to our CEO
  • Administrative Support to our Board
  • Secretariat Support for Leadership Team
  • National Office Management
  • Reception, Phone and Administrative Support Management
  • Projects and Other Duties

About you...what makes this the right fit?

  • You will have significant experience in Administrative roles and (preferred) at least 3 years' experience in an Executive Assistant role for a senior management team member or CEO.
  • You will have a maturity to handle multiple issues simultaneously and collaborate closely with a wide array of different stakeholders - including members of Stride's Board, Executive and Management teams, in addition to external stakeholders such as Funders and Partners.
  • With strong communication skills, and excellent attention to detail and time management skills, you will be a vibrant, positive, proactive and a can-do person who has the ability to take initiative and work independently.
