We currently have an opportunity for a seasoned Benefits Realisation Manager to join our Enterprise Workforce Management (EWM) program and help us ensure the successful implementation of a system that will streamline and improve the way we manage our workforce.
From leading the definition, clarification and quantification of benefits to the creation and management of a benefits realisation plan, you will own this space and help key stakeholders understand how the programme is tracking and whether what is being delivered meets its overarching strategic goals.
This 12 month temporary position will be contributing to a multi-year program and has the potential to be extended.
What you will be involved in
You are a qualified and experienced Benefits Analyst, looking to take your career to the next level by delivering an exciting technology transformation on a considerable scale.
You have in-depth knowledge of defining, implementing and refining Benefits Realisation frameworks within technology change programs. You will also have experience managing and tracking the realisation of benefits in large complex Change Programmes
You have excellent influencing, facilitation and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to overcome resistance to change through communication, consultation and influential leadership.

Salary and benefits
The salary for this position is RC 7 ($143,555 - $157,945) per annum plus superannuation and leave loading.
