Manager, Wealth Analysis And Modelling - TM1

You will be joining a newly formed team within group finance responsible for the group wide TM1 platform. The role provides excellent exposure to the execution and enabling of the finance capabilities strategy through ‘best-in-class’ data, reporting and enterprise performance management solutions. The role is responsible for all aspects of the delivery and support of TM1 solutions. This includes technical delivery, stakeholder engagement and input into the overall Information Architecture.
How will I help?

  • Apply expert knowledge of TM1 to architect, design, build and support corporate performance management solutions
  • Support and delivery of quality and complex data and reporting solutions across the Finance function using Business Intelligence best practices, processes and applications.
  • Adhere to high-quality support and delivery principles.
  • Develop, maintain and communicate high level plans for investing in the IT environment/ infrastructure, for a single domain to ensure effective Architecture strategy is developed and maintained
  • Manage the Architecture development and governance processes for programs/projects to promote effective governance and solution quality within Architecture
  • Apply TM1 best practices and conventions to produce quality applications on the TM1 platform
  • Contribute to the development, maintenance and application of IT Architecture policies, standards and guidelines to ensure effective Architecture and Design policies, standards and guidelines are developed and adhered to
  • Develop and grow relationships with key stakeholders including Heads of Business Unit and Technology General Managers to ensure appropriate stakeholders are effectively engaged in the formulation of Architecture direction
  • Provide technology advice and guidance to Business Unit Heads and Technology General Managers within a single domain to assist the business in the formulation of business strategy and technology investment decisions
Knowledge, Qualifications & Experience
  • More than 5 years of solid TM1 development experience
  • Five - ten years experience within the IT Industry/financial services or in business consulting
  • Five + years experience across multiple Architecture domains
  • Experience in delivering a major business solution (application system) into production within a project team Experience in software project management lifecycle in an agile environment
  • Superior conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to continuous improvement and customer service
  • High competencies in data and reporting solutions
  • Proven experience in managing and interpreting data
  • Ability to critically analyse data to focus on value add and automation.
  • Tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or a related discipline
  • Exposure to Apliqo UX, Planning Analytics Workspace or the TM1 REST API would be desirable
