Why this role?

This is a newly created position reporting to the Regional Director, NSW. You will lead and inspire the Delivery Operations leaders and teams across our New Equipment Business (NEB) and Modernisation business lines. You will drive results through quality and profitable execution of the delivery of projects within your portfolio. This will lead to customer satisfaction and fulfilment of KONE’s business objectives.

What will you get to do:

  • Build a culture that embraces quality, safety and excellence in customer portfolio management
  • Lead and develop the NEB and Modernisation business team and its professionals at frontline
  • Support in managing Tier 1, 2 and 3 builders relating to complex construction projects
  • Lead and drive strong order book status, resource needs and installation capacity
  • Add value to customer’s projects with seamless and reliable project delivery
  • Create meaningful relationships with your leadership team, regional directors, and functional heads

Are you the one?

  • Demonstrated prior success in customer-facing leadership roles in the construction industry, with planning and operational experience
  • Degree qualified in engineering, construction management, business or other relevant tertiary qualifications
  • Prior experience in delivery operational management with full P&L responsibility
  • Contract, planning and financial management experience with a strong focus on managing project cost and revenue
  • Skilled at strategic business planning, governance and project-management
  • Ability to navigate and influence peers and stakeholders through a matrix work environment
  • A winning attitude with an outside-in thinking mindset
