About NSW Telco Authority
The NSW Telco Authority is working with government agencies and other partners to design and build the next generation of critical operational communications services to better serve and NSW communities.

The Telco Authority has received significant government investment to deliver major programs including a public safety network (the Critical Communications Enhancement Program), Regional Digital Connectivity and NSW Mobile Black Spot program. We also play a key role in the development of a national Public Safety Mobile Broadband capability.

The NSW Telco Authority operates as a standalone Statutory Authority within the Department of Customer Service. Our environment is fast-moving with collaboration and culture being key to our success.

About the Role
We’re looking for strong lead in stakeholder Engagement – with experience in delivery of design or construct programs, as we deliver a number of critical programs for NSW.
This is specific role to engage and lead relationships with our Emergency Services Organisations (ESOs) for key programs which includes the Critical Communications Enhancement Program.

Key accountabilities will include:

  • Continued improvements to engagement with our key ESOs
  • Collaborated internally for the coordination and delivery of an ongoing program of stakeholder engagement to strengthen relationships and increase awareness of TA across multiple industries.
  • Prepare stakeholder content and summary plans
  • Provide counsel to TA leadership and broader cluster, with a focus on consistent, customer focused content to enable and assist progress and delivery of programs.
  • Align with the broader CSS team and PMO specifically to ensure consistent content across all engagement.
  • Evaluation of stakeholder programs to minimise risk and provide continued opportunities within our diverse stakeholder groups.

About you
You have experience in complex stakeholder engagement delivery for design/construct program/s. Change delivery program experience highly regarded. You are passionate about what you do and naturally work with a whole of business approach to enable the best outcomes for your team and the business. You are a strong communicator with the ability to minimise risk and enable opportunities in a whole of business capacity. You are experienced in managing multiple engagements with diverse stakeholders and are adept at managing conflicting priorities.

Salary Grade 11/12, with the base salary for this role ranging from $128,089 to $148,134.
