With modern interior design these luxurious offices are located in the heart of the Sydney CBD, offering government, business and personal advisory solutions to a high calibre and range of clientele.

Established over 20 years a go the business has a reputation of discretion and my client is well known for delivering results with integrity and reliability and you will be leading the Administration team to represent these standards.

What We Are Looking For

  • An organisational wizard- with experience with multiple calendar management, conference room management and travel itinerary planning
  • Communication Specialist- able to liaise and communication with various stake holders, customers and clients
  • Front of House- First impressions count, we are looking for a professional who take set the bar high for first impressions of the business by meeting and greeting all guests to head office
  • Administration Support- providing Admin and IT Support to colleagues and engaging outside consultancies when needed
  • Team Leader/ Management Experience
  • Procurement of Office Supplies, Telco providers, IT Consultancies and Software Licenses
  • Assistance to the Marketing Teams with social media platforms
  • CRM Guru- managing, updating and maintaining internal databases
  • Switchboard Management

Salary

My client is looking for "the perfect fit" and therefore salary is dependent on experience ranging from $65,000-$80,000 + super + annual bonus (dependent on performance review)

About You/ Requirements

  • Operating at an advanced level with Microsoft Package
  • Confident with Calendar Management using outlook
  • 5+ years experience
  • Management or Team leading experience- the ability to motivate
  • A desire to be part of a well-know professional services brand
