What you'll be doing
Provide secretarial support to the Radiation Therapists and Medical Physics staff.

How to Apply
To be considered for this position, please ensure you address the selection criteria as thoroughly as possible.

  • Previous secretarial experience including trust fund and TESL applications.
  • Typing speed of 50 wpm with a good eye for detail and a Medical Terminology Certificate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a good phone manner.
  • Ability to organize / prioritize and experience in organizing meetings, taking minutes as well as management of diaries for multidisciplinary teams.
  • Demonstrated high level of computer literacy (Word, Excel, Powerpoint).
  • Enthusiastic and self-motivated.
  • Willing to work within a team environment, and use initiative where appropriate.
  • Knowledge of confidentiality in a Healthcare setting.
