    An award winning Landscape Architecture Practice are seeking a Bid Coordinator to assist their growing bids and business development team. This opportunity is ideal for someone looking to produce high-quality business proposals and strategies in a collaborative environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Coordinate bid preparation process from inception to delivery
    • Coordinate internal team events, client lunches and Christmas parties
    • Interpret client briefs and source content and knowledge to support bid
    • Develop high quality bids using InDesign templates
    • Edit, produce, and proof accurate and persuasive content
    • Liaise with multiple teams to drive the bid process
    • Support team with business development presentations and capability statements
    • Assist in developing bid and business development strategies
    • Support client engagement and relationship building
    • Maintain accurate CRM database

    Skills and Experience

    • Previous experience in a similar role
    • Strong client service and relationship building skills
    • Excellent written and verbal communication
    • Strong understanding of the bids process
    • Collaborative approach and ability to work in team environment
    • Experience in creative or design industry desirable
    • Advanced knowledge in Adobe InDesign
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office and Adobe Photoshop
