About the Role Provide clinical mental health interventions and care coordination to people with a mental health disorder to improve their health, well-being and quality of life.
Assess, plan, implement, facilitate and evaluate mental health care in collaboration with individuals, their families and carers, other health care agencies and multidisciplinary mental health teams to achieve quality consumer care outcomes.
Provide interventions in a comprehensive, integrated and coordinated approach within a recovery-orientated framework consistent with the NSW Mental Health Act.
