About the role

Over the past few years this organisation has committed to investing heavily within it's Cyber Security to ensure they can operate at the highest and most secure levels. Part of this investment is ensuring the staff and students understand the impacts and changes they will have on the Cyber Security Landscape.

Reporting to the ICT Change Manager Practice Lead the Change Analyst will support the Change Manager in key programs of work in maintaining the Program stakeholder matrix, reporting and Program Change and Comms Calendar of events. The role is also responsible in assisting Change Managers with stakeholder change impact assessments/surveys, supporting coordination and logistics for stakeholder engagement and change campaigns and interventions such as training and preparation of support materials and events for readiness and adoption.

Skills and experience

  • Previous experience working on Enterprise Cyber Security Programs
  • Experience working with Large,organisationally complex organisations.
  • Ability to understand the commercial impact of delays, scope changes and risk of the Change Management Plan not being adopted by the organisation.
  • Provide service excellence to internal and external customers and stakeholders.
  • Ability to adapt to continually changing environments.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver to tight timeframes.
  • Ability to navigate the organisation.
  • Possess a 'can-do' attitude.
  • Ownership and commitment to delivery.
