Our small, highly successful film production company is seeking an experienced multi-skilled, dynamic, friendly, and organised production manager to join our awesome team.
Core skills include client management, administration, quoting, invoicing, workflowmax organisation, chasing debtors, call sheet preparations, business development, briefing post-production staff of specific jobs, ensuring employees log hours, collecting receipts and attaching to individual jobs, production scheduling, running production meetings, purchasing supplies, filing release forms, proposal design & development (Adobe ID/Photoshop/Powerpoint), social media (Blogs/EDM), prepare film crews both for shoots and occasionally attending on location, production assisting on specific jobs and collaborate on creative jobs.
We have between 40-70 active projects at any one time, so you’ll need to juggle multiple projects, and our team, to ensure deadlines can be met.
Candidates must have experience in the video production industry, be highly enthusiastic, show initiative, and be able to cope with extremely busy periods.

Salary: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
