Marketing Manager - ANZ

The Marketing Manager ANZ is responsible for the implementation of marketing strategy with the key objectives of driving cost effective, quality leads into the sales team, as well as driving visibility and awareness through thought leadership driven PR, social media and other communications channels.

Tryzens works with some of the biggest names in retail and is quickly becoming known as the go-to partner in digital commerce. The Marketing Manager ANZ will play a vital role in this area using PR as well as other avenues such as awards and events to help the brand secure this position in the ANZ market.

This is a hands-on role, so the right candidate will have hands on experience of planning and executing marketing campaigns. They will be someone who wants to take complete ownership of marketing activity, budgets, performance reporting and optimisation.

Tryzens is a results focused business and hence the Marketing Manager will be responsible for measuring and reporting on performance in areas including:

  • Lead Generation
  • Pipeline reporting
  • Campaign ROI- CPL, CPO, TCV etc
  • Awareness & Visibility - Traffic, PR KPI, Downloads, Views

Lead local execution of:

  • Campaign & CRM Management
    • Ideate & manage campaigns working with the wider team to shape messaging and targets through various channels
    • Produce campaign calendar and at the conclusion, reporting on the ROI
    • Update & manage our CRM system in collaboration with the commercial team
  • Partner & Platform Co-Marketing Initiatives
    • Establish relationships with key partners and platforms to run collaborative campaigns
  • Events & Trade Shows
    • Execute on local events to position Tryzens as a trusted partner and expert in digital commerce
  • Local PR Execution
    • Manage the creation and distribution of press releases with clients and partners
    • Establish relationships with key publications and industry bodies in region
    • Work with clients to write case studies and enter industry awards
    • Write thought leadership pieces for the Tryzens blog

Support the VP, Marketing to execute on:

  • Social Media
    • Moderate and post on Tryzens social channels to share news and content pieces, relevant to both regions and addressable markets
  • Branding
    • Maintain and police Tryzens branding working with the retail experience design team
  • Product Marketing
    • Create GTM messaging and collateral for Tryzens products and services
  • Corporate Communications
    • Managing Tryzens corporate communications with analysts, investors
  • Client Initiatives
    • Plan & execute client initiatives such as town halls and client dinners
  • Website Management
    • Maintain and refresh Tryzens website in line with new products, news, clients and content pieces


Essential Experience

  • Experience working in a fast-paced environment and delivering lead generating campaigns without the aid of agencies
  • Experience in managing budgets
  • Experience managing a website (wordpress experience is a bonus), SEO, PPC and demand generation programmes
  • Excellent written communication skills, including brochures, white papers and presentations
  • Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets
  • Events management – from seminars to customer dinners and presence at partner events
  • Proven success creating, running and analysing B2B demand generation plans to achieve lead generation goals
  • PR – Maximising coverage opportunities and delivering content that supports the brand direction
  • Experience in a wide range of marketing techniques including social and search and the tools used for activity e.g. Hubspot, Google Analytics, CRM systems
  • This individual will be a self-starter, have a strong work ethic, attention to detail, an agile and precise mind, and an innate desire to succeed

Desired Experience

  • A solid understanding of the major trends in retail and digital commerce
  • An understanding of brand marketing principles
  • Experience of partner marketing would be preferable
  • Comfortable working independently as a senior marketer in a fast-growing company
