HRIS Consultant


Join this well known financial enterprise as a subject matter expert, to the design of an end to end HRIS solution (Workday) to be used across th eorganisation. You will draw on generalist HR experience along with deep expertise in one or more of the following disciplines; Remuneration and Reward, Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development, HR Shared Services provision, HR Systems data administration.

Knowledge

  • HR experience along with deep expertise in one or more of the following disciplines; Remuneration and Reward, Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development, HR Shared Services provision, People Systems data administration.

  • Knowledge of relevant Workday modules would be a significant advantage.

  • HCM implementation, data migration functional experience.

Experience

  • HR experience along with deep expertise in one or more of the following disciplines; Remuneration and Reward, Performance Management, Recruitment, Learning and Development, HR Shared Services provision, People Systems data administration.

  • Experience with HRIS/HCM Systems (SAAS) implementations, ideally Workday, highly advantageous.

  • Experience working in a Workday Admin role - Security Admin, Business Process Admin etc.

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver in fast-changing environments.

  • Experience in data mapping and advanced excel skills.

  • Experience and knowledge of Wealth business & processes would be an advantage.

  • Experience in working within a Separation initiative would be an advantage.
