Our client is a leading provider within the Aged Care and Retirement industry. With residential facilities and retirement villages right across Australia and in every state, they have established themselves as a market leader. They are considered a service provider of choice to residents and their families, plus an employer of choice to their staff. Currently they are looking to engage an experienced Facility Manager in one of their 80+ bed facilities set among the glorious countryside in southern New South Wales.
You will be responsible for the management of all staff and resources, ensuring the relevant accreditation's and quality requirements are met, provide & manage conflict management and provide strong mentoring to the junior managers and supervisors. You will be responsible for all key leadership, facility management, ongoing improvement, quality control and the overall success of the facility including P&L. You will participate and contribute to the growth of the organisation supported by investments in your own education and training to facilitate your career progression.
