Conveyancing Paralegal

If you are a  Conveyancing Paralegal with at least 3 years experience, we have a challenging and rewarding role available. 

This full-time position requires the candidate to have the ability to multi-task, work well under pressure, a pro-active, energetic approach with a high attention to detail.
The successful applicant will be confident liaising with partners, colleagues and clients, running residential conveyancing files from start to finish, with a high level of confidentiality and discretion.
The role will include management of residential conveyancing files from beginning to end, preparing and collating documents, drafting correspondence, liaising with clients, banks and other solicitors, organising relevant property searches, completing settlement figures and arranging settlement, and diary management.
