Senior Contract Administrator - Relocate To Adelaide

Our client is a well-established family owned and operated business, a leader in the South Australian construction industry.
They are looking for a Senior Contract Administrator to work on a $100M+ project. The ideal candidate needs to have a solid contract, financial and commercial background within the building and construction services sector. Preferably, the right person has already worked on similar size projects.
Reporting to the Project / Construction Manager you will be responsible for all aspects of Contract Administration. You will also take on a mentoring role to our less experienced members of the project team. 

You will have to be willing to relocate to Adelaide on a permanent basis – this is a permanent opportunity and not a contract role.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experience working in a similar role within the commercial construction industry.
  • Have a degree in Construction Management & Economics or something similar.
  • Have high level understanding of construction contracts, administration, and procurement.
  • Have excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Have high level computer skills, particularly with the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Knowledge of Procore would be advantageous
  • Be a team player, flexible and hardworking
