They are seeking an enthusiastic Assistant Property Manager to join their busy & dynamic team to assist three Property Manager's with the day to day running of the portfolio & to grow within the business. This is a great opportunity for a long-term career in Property Management.

About the Role:

  • Rent Arrears
  • Routine Inspections
  • Vacating Process
  • Leasing
  • Tenant sign ups
  • Maintenance
  • Administration Assistance
  • Conduct open for inspections
  • 1 in 3 Saturday's with day off during the week
About you:
  • Previous experience in Real Estate is advantageous 
  • Hold a current Agents Representative Certificate 
  • Hold a current driver's license & own a reliable car 
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent Communication skills and customer service experience
  • Ability to speak another language is advantageous
