Current Opportunity
The role is responsible for the core accounting and administrative processes of the company including bookkeeping, preparation of the monthly accounts, account reconciliations, accounts payable and receivable, payroll and submission of the PAYG, BAS, superannuation payroll taxes as required. The role is directly accountable to the company director.

    An overview of your responsibilities are as follows:
  • Financial administration support
  • Improvement & development of financial systems
  • Document creation and management
  • Review P&L and balance sheet
  • Preparing specific reporting and excel documents
  • Budget preparation and monitoring
  • Prepare the BAS
  • Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable & Payroll
  • Reconciliation of accounts
  • Assist with month end reporting
  • General team support
    What you’ll need to succeed
  • Experience in Xero and Quickbooks is preferable
  • Strong MS Office skills
  • At least three years’ experience as a Bookkeeper
  • Self motivated and strong communications skills
