We are very active in the community and customer service is our focus. 

About the role

As part of our team, within our head office an opportunity is available for a highly motivated and organised individual to join our dynamic team as the first point of contact for our existing and new clients. Working in a fast paced, high volume environment, you will be responsible for coordinating and scheduling work requests, liaising with our technicians, Clients and answering incoming calls for our office. You will be reporting to the Customer Service Manager (CSM).

Responsibilities and duties include;

  •  Delivering customer service excellence is a must
  • Schedule and track work for multiple Pest Technicians through the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) System - Pest Register
  • Via our CRM, Complete any assigned accounts receivable & payable tasks & invoicing
  • Answering a volume of calls from clients and team members– first point of contact
  • Liaising with clients to understand service requirements
  • Contacting and coordinating multiple tradesmen and sub-contractors to schedule a high volume of service work
  • Keeping clients up to date with work progress
  • Liaising with management regarding jobs and being proactive in providing solutions and resolutions where possible
  • General administration as required
  • Some cold calling is part of the role

Skills and experience

  • Coordination/scheduling experience.
  • Highly developed communication and Interpersonal skills.
  • A high degree of initiative, takes ownership of issues and demonstrates a "can do" attitude.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Ability to stay calm under pressure and multi-task.
  • Methodical and thorough approach to work.
  • Experience using a variety of computer software packages including MS Office and excel.
  • Team player that can also work autonomously.
  • Experience in a similar role would be an advantage regardless of industry.

The successful candidate must be able to pass a pre-employment drug and alcohol and criminal checks.
