58x X Inbound Customer Service | Top 4 Bank | Permanent Roles


We are seeking experienced customer service focused individuals to join this expanding, fast paced contact centre. 

The role will see you assisting national customers regarding their everyday banking. Enquiries could range from pin changes through to more complex enquiries such as credit card fraud. 

Our Client is open to your background and experience, however your ability to demonstrate exceptional service and articulate this is critical. 

This centre operates 24x7 with core hours being 6am -Midnight Monday to Sunday on a rotational roster. These are FULL TIME roles which means you must be able to work 38 hours per week. 
  
To be successful in this role, you will take pride in delivering solutions to enquiries in a timely and efficient manner, taking interest in fulfilling a positive customer service experience.
