What you will be delivering

Promoting the adoption of Adaptive Methodologies, tools and mindsets, you will provide leadership and change management guidance to divisional functions Utilising your experience in engaging key stakeholders you will act as the guide for business managers as they focus on continuous improvement initiatives. 

Your excellent project support experience will be an advantage as you develop and embed best practice disciplines across the division for optimal performance to achieve program/project success, whilst providing your knowledge and expertise to uplift divisions delivery competency through education, training and advisory services increasing speed and agility to respond to business needs. 

You will lead continuous improvement initiatives to address the full solution life cycle from idea generation, business case development and execution ensuring service excellence is considered at every interaction with an adaptive mindset that focuses on value, agility, and open mindedness.

Other responsibilities include:

  • Facilitating adaptive workshops focused on continuous improvement opportunities to convey lessons learned and implement uplift initiatives.
  • Establishing and facilitating a Delivery Centre of Excellence (CoE) to promote collaboration and the application of best practices.
  • Managing and maintaining the Digital Delivery Competency and Framework ensuring program / projects are effectively and efficiently executed.
  • Providing qualitative and quantitative assessment of the delivery framework, standards, and processes to drive efficiency and productivity opportunities.
  • Managing the delivery of timely / accurate portfolio-level reporting of program / project in terms of demand, financials, status, resourcing, risks and issues, benefits, and interdependencies

Other key skills could include:

  • Strong experience in consulting or strategic planning
  • Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills to ensure relevant information can be clearly understood by a diverse range of stakeholders.
  • A demonstrated ability to understand and use financial/operational data to guide insight
  • Demonstrated ability to be self-directed, effectively identifying and prioritising work and successfully solving problems
  • Proven track record of sound decision making, taking ownership, and delivering results
  • Ability to adapt well to fast-paced environments with changing circumstances, direction, and strategy
  • Demonstrated process improvement and/or change management skills would be beneficial
  • Certified project/program management credentials preferred
  • Experience in ICT would be beneficial
