We are looking for a Business Policy Coordinator to join our Queensland Rail Travel team based in Brisbane on a permanent full-time basis. In this critical role you will be responsible for developing, delivering and maintaining a document management framework which defines practical, effective and consistent processes for implementation throughout the Travel and Tourism business. You will work closely with the Training and Quality Assurance teams to support business growth, safe operations, customer satisfaction and commercial viability.
We are looking for a highly organised and motivated individual who is adaptable and who has outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
About the role:
This is a permanent full-time position with the starting salary approximately $103,000 + superannuation + free travel to and from work on duty days.
