The opportunity

The Facilities Services Manager leads the team responsible for the day to day operations of NIDA’s award-winning campus in Sydney and Melbourne studios to maximise efficiencies, maintain a safe and functional environment and provide exceptional service to staff, students and visitors.

About you

This is the role for you if you have:

  • Extensive experience in managing a large and heavily utilised venue or multiple facilities in a commercial and/or education environment over seven days.
  • Demonstrated experience in effectively managing a team and a range of contractors and service providers to deliver continuous improvements and timely outcomes within agreed budget allocations.
  • Financial management skills including developing, monitoring and reporting of significant budgets, contracts and works.
  • The ability to act as Chief Fire Warden and be flexible with your work hours.
