Veolia Anz has an exciting role available for an experienced Administrator. We are looking for an Administrator to join the industrials team in Berrimah. You would be working as part of a small office team and reporting into the Branch Manager.
Your main role will be to provide administrative assistance and customer support to the Northern Territory Industrials operations team to achieve high levels of internal and external customer satisfaction with ongoing commitment of service and operational goals.
The Role / Key Responsibilities:
Complete operational administration tasks as required
Prepare industrial reports for relevant departments completed weekly
Ensure all industrials, liquid and quarantine confirmations are completed on a daily basis
Ensure internal and external customer expectations are met by undertaking administrative tasks that support the achievement of the operations team goals
Maintain an effective relationship with all colleagues
Ensure that all administrative requirements are addressed in a timely and accurate manner and in line with policy and procedure
Ensure accuracy and integrity of data entered into the business admin systems at all times
Organise and process any travel bookings for drivers travelling outside of Darwin as directed by operations supervisor
Place orders as required for the business
Follow and assist development business administrative procedures
Direct queries to relevant stakeholders (e.g. sales, operations)
Provide first line of customer service through customer calls and emails as required
What You’ll need to be successful:
Certificate IV in Business, or equivalent workplace experience
SAP experience or other ERP
Extensive experience within administration role
Basic finance, billing or invoicing experience
Experience in waste management (desirable)
Certificate III in Business Administration or similar
Microsoft Word & Microsoft Excel - Intermediate
Google Docs & Google Sheets - Intermediate
