This role will play a key part to effectively drive change and end user adoption of new project outcomes, programs and processes across New Horizons through communication, training and business engagement.
The position is a 6 month contract based at our Head office in North Ryde.
As a member of the Project Management Office Team, you'll work closely with the PMO Project Manager, Project Sponsors and other project staff.
Detail key responsibilities
Lead the development and implementation of change management plans
Utilise specialist level skills to improve organisational effectiveness
Work closely with Project Managers to ensure change management plans, resource and budget estimates are robust and integrated within project planning
Provide mentoring and support after successful change implementation
Relevant Tertiary qualifications and/or significant knowledge and experience in a similar role
National Criminal History Check (Police Check)
Proven experience in dealing with sensitive and confidential information
Microsoft Project Management experience is desirable
Experience within the community services sector is desirable

A willingness to obtain a National Criminal History Check (Police Check) is essential for this role.
